Rework of mp_castle

Changes from mp_castle to Castle2:

Added: Side Stairs in Altar Room that leads Allies Spawn
Added: Breakable wall at Allies Spawn from Side Stairs (explosives only)
Added: Dropdown Allies Spawn exit that goes to the East Access Hall
Added: The outside Ceremonial Ground portion of the map from "dark"
Added: Catacombs Hallway that leads outside to the Ceremonial Ground/North House/South House

Change: Axis are now the attacking team, Allies are the defending team
Change: The objective is now an helmet inside the Crypt
Change: The Coffin objective is now a Crypt
Change: The little hole in the roof above Allies Spawn is now fully open
Change: The ladders at the attackers spawn exit are now replaced with a Spiral Staircase
Change: The truck transmitter is now outside at the back end of the Ceremonial Ground

Removed: West Gate objective

The various elements around the map have been taken from: castle/crypt1/dark/mp_keep/mp_village
